Are deposits required on all trips?

Yes, a deposit is required to hold a spot on one of our trips. The amount required for a deposit depends on how far out the trip is. Sometimes we can hold a spot for a customer for as little as $100. Other times we may need as much as $1,000 to hold a spot. So much depends on the timing and the cost of the trip.

We do give more leniency to repeat customers that have a great track record with us. If you have been up-front with us and have paid your bills in the past, we will work with you to help you secure your next fishing adventure.

Do we offer payment plans?

Our payment plans are simple… give yourself as much time as possible and divide the payments into months or quarters… whichever helps the most. Payment plans are best suited for people that are booking far in advance. If you are booking far in advance (9 months or greater)… let us know if you need some help with your payments, we are happy to assist.

What is our cancellation policy?

Don’t cancel… that is our policy. Cancelled spots have huge downstream implications. Once the cancellation period has passed, no refunds will be offered.

  • If you are booking at least 120 days out, then you have seven (7) days from your initial payment to cancel to receive a full refund.
  • If you are booking within 120 days of trip departure, then there is no cancellation period.

Weather Exception: If we need to move your date as a result of weather, we will attempt to find a date that works for you. If we cannot arrive on a date, we will offer a full refund.

Do we offer travel insurance?

No, but we do highly recommend it. We recommend that you protect yourself in the event that you cannot go on our trip as expected. We recommend the following two (2) companies for travel insurance.

Do you need a COVID vaccine to go on our trips?

The short answer is ‘NO’, however there could be exceptions as the rules continue to shift. Overall, our trips do not require any COVID vaccines or additional protocols.
