The final push of our 4,000 + mile journey. The last hotel stay, the last few fill-ups ohhh and the last opportunity to buy Disneyland quality fireworks (GIGGIDY).
The absolute worst part of any trip is when it is over. Though we still had over 2K miles to drive… the trip was largely over. Time to reflect, time to think about what is next… time for more FOOD!
We thought that you may want to see what is going on behind the curtains every week. What are the things that Fish Village are getting into? Does anyone work around here?
We like to flirt with the harmony of extra heat and maximum flavor. This preparation method is sort of like having a fresh salsa paired with citrus kissed fresh fish… but all in one bite. I am sure I am bias… but we do it damn good!
Just when you think you know what good fish tastes like… then you try redfish on the half-shell. As good as the company we kept… YA HEARD!
What defines us isn’t the logo on our back, the hat we are wearing, or the sweatshirt we are sporting… nope. It is our heart that defines us and the last two days of fishing on this trip proved that!
High winds… the whole freaking time. They never stopped, it kept blowing and blowing and blowing… and then blew some more. To make matters worse there were 18 of us looking to score!!!
